Downtown and Brickell are towers and underground garages, where taking the car to a shop means traffic, ramps, and probably paying for parking twice. Far easier for the mechanic to come down to the garage.

Around here the work is mostly maintenance and electrical: oil changes, batteries — cars that get driven rarely go flat more often than people expect — brakes, A/C and scanner diagnostics.
